Making A Deposit

Agent4U Realty Group – Deposits

Following the receipt of cleared funds from one of the payment methods below we will provide you with a trust account receipt as confirmation of your deposit.  Transaction receipts will not be accepted as proof of payment.  The cleared funds must be evident in our trust account prior exchange of contacts.

Please note that we do not accept cash as method of payment.

The three payment methods are outlined below

1. Electronic Fund Transfer

Description: Client’s Name

To ensure the integrity of the above details please call our Directors Joseph Vella on 0403 183 638 or Rod McIvor on 0433 189 715 Prior to making the transfer to confirm the details.

After you have made your payment please:

a)       Email the confirmation receipt to info@agent4urealty.com.au;

Or

b)      Text a screenshot of the confirmation receipt to Joseph Vella on 0403 183 638  or

 Rod McIvor on  0433 189 715.

            For the payment to be identified by our financial controller when it is recorded in our trust account.

2-      Bank Cheque:

Bank cheques are to be mailed out to:

3-      Deposit Bond:

Upon agreement by all relevant stakeholders to accept a deposit bond, please then contact your financial institution or broker. Original Copy of Deposit bond must be available prior to exchange of contracts and should be made payable to:
